So we watch those shows about people flipping houses and we own some income property, so when this house went up for sale, we thought maybe it would be a good flip..........oh we were so wrong. It wasn't only disgusting but with all the damage it was a total tear down. It sounded decent on the fact sheet "in a culd-a-sac, decent sq footage, big yard".....la la la. The mold smell was so strong, I couldn't get the smell out of my nose, so I stopped at dairy queen for a mint cookie blizzard on my way home, and it worked!
